Malmö Citytunnel Group is a joint venture between Bilfinger Berger AG, Per Aarsleff A/S and E. Phil & Søn A.S. The three contractors belong to the European elite in the field of civil construction.

Bilfinger Berger AG

As a construction and services group with global operations, Bilfinger Berger offers holistic solution in the
fields of real estate, infrastructure, industry and power-plant services. The Company is headquartered in
Germany and currently employs about 50,000 people wordwide. In fiscal year 2006, output volume rose to €7.9.

Per Aarsleff A/S

Aarsleff implements general infrastructure projects. There are three main divisions:
• Construction
• Piling
• Pipe Technologies
The annual revenue is approx. DKK 3.8 billion. Of this figure approx. 40% comes from work performed abroad.
The Aarsleff Group has around 2.700 employees. Aarsleff is a public limited company quoted on the Copenhagen
Stock Exchange.

E. Pihl & Søn A.S.

The activities of Danish Pihl cover a large part of the world. Half of the € 510 million turnover is derived from work carried out abroad.
Large infrastructure assignments such as harbours, bridges, tunnels, roads, and airports are major projects.
Furthermore, power plants and industrial buildings are also a significant part of the core business, as are rehabilitation of buildings and urban renewal projects.
